3. Commission and Payment Process

• The commission rate is set at 20% of the sale value, excluding taxes and shipping costs.
• Commissions are paid monthly once total earnings reach a minimum threshold of $50.
• Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, as agreed.
• Commissions will not be paid if the product is returned or the order is canceled.

4. Rules for Using Tracking Links

• Tracking links must be used legally and ethically.
• Promotion through spam, misleading advertisements, or illegal practices is strictly prohibited.
• Purchasing paid ads using our brand name is not allowed.

5. Marketing Materials

• Marketing materials (images, text, banners) will be provided for use in campaigns.
• These materials must be used as provided and may not be altered without prior permission.

6. Termination or Suspension

• We may terminate or suspend an affiliate account in the following cases:
  • Violation of terms and conditions.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Engaging in practices that harm our brand reputation.
• Affiliates may request termination at any time by contacting us.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of tracking links or the program.
• Affiliates are responsible for complying with local laws regarding marketing practices.

8. Amendments to the Terms

• We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the program page.

9. Governing Laws

• This program is governed by the laws of the country where our official headquarters is located.
• Any disputes arising will be resolved in accordance with local laws.

10. Acceptance
